The staff were all without exception very polite, kind and friendly and were helpful at all times in responding to questions and offering advice. In particular, the nursing staff who took care of me were very caring, very nice, and the physiotherapist was lovely and her exercises were brilliant!

I was very impressed by the well-organised booking systems. I saw a sports physician twice, and had ultrasound and MRI scans. These appointments were organised with minimum delay and I didn't spend much time in the waiting areas. The staff and technicians were great, I felt well-looked after.
